Escribe aquí tu Asociación de Fomento Educativo, Inc., has a permanent position available for an: Executive Director Assistant and Facilities Manager. The candidate will manage the facilities with an after-school program and university Residence aimed at the human and academic formation of high school and university students; design, coordinate and evaluate activities, workshops, program components and logistics; prepare reports, annual budget, proposal for funds, government non-profits forms; in charge of accounting, fundraising events, volunteer recruitment, implementation of new systems, processes, quality control metrics and data analysis; maintain policy and procedure manuals. Will also be in charge of assisting with the repairs and maintenance of building operation (fire alarm system, water pumps, emergency generator, irrigation system, elevator, etc.); compliance with LEED Certification and government regulations, licenses, certificates. The candidate is required to have a Master degree in Engineering in Management Systems; two years of experience with repairs and maintenance of building operation; two years of experience working with young people; two years of experience working with the accountability of nonprofit organization and elaborating proposals of donations to Foundations; experience with staff and large groups management; experience executing programs; organization and communication skills; creativity; professes core values such as: teamwork, professionalism, integrity and moral values; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Quicken software.
